Connect, inform, integrate: Along these strategic pillars the business area Vehicle Networking and Information (VNI) develops building blocks and end-to-end systems for the networked mobility: hardware, software and services. With solutions for connectivity, human-machine interaction, systems integration and high-performance computing for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and fleets, VNI enables proper networking and a seamless information flow.

The Tire business area has 24 production and development locations worldwide. Within the Asia-Pacific region, Continental's tire manufacturing facilities are located in Hefei, China; Petaling Jaya, Malaysia; Modipuram, India; and Rayong, Thailand. Continental ranks among the technology leaders in tire production and offers a broad product range for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and two-wheelers. Through continuous investment in R&D, Continental makes a major contribution to safe, cost-effective and ecologically efficient mobility. The Tire division’s portfolio includes services for the tire trade and for fleet applications, as well as digital management systems for commercial vehicle tires.
